Kaitlyn Macedonio: Still No Sign
(PORT WASHINGTON, Long Island) -- A 13-year-old Nassau County girl is still missing - three days since she disappeared from the Roosevelt Field Mall. Police say 13-year-old Kaitlyn Macedonio of Port Washington was last seen by her nanny Friday afternoon at a store in the mall.
The nanny told police she turned away for a minute and when she looked back, Kaitlyn was gone.
The family has been joined by dozens of friends and family putting up fliers and searching the area for the 13-year-old girl.
Kaitlyn is described as having blonde hair in braided rows, blue eyes, braces - and last wearing a black halter top with jeans and a pink sweatshirt.
Police are looking at surveillance tapes from various stores in the mall.
