Joseph Duncan's attorneys are requesting reports
"Duncan's attorneys are requesting reports and information from the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare on members of the Groene family, information on law enforcement surveillance of Dylan and Shasta's father, Steve Groene, and details of what was on the computer that authorities reportedly seized from him.
The attorneys also want logs of who has visited Duncan in jail, as well as a list of who has requested visits. Other items Duncan's attorneys are seeking include any nonsexual writings and nonsexual photos and videos he may have taken, and mail sent to Duncan in jail."
This is pretty weird stuff. You'ld think that everyone would be talking plea deals - yet - the attorneys do have to represent the wishes of their client and/or sometimes people like to make names for themselves........or
God help us if Duncan wants to take this to trial. I don't think that this would be the greatest news for the Groenes.
Also see:
"Authorities escorted former Los Angeles homicide detective Mark Fuhrman, a Spokane radio personality, to Montana crime scenes where Joseph Edward Duncan III allegedly held Shasta and Dylan Groene before the scenes were processed by investigators, according to Duncan's attorney."
