Ben Fawley says: "Accidental"
"We have no doubt he killed her now," said one law-enforcement source close to the case.
But investigators on the Richmond Police Department's multiagency task force investigating her death are not prepared to concede that Behl's death was accidental.
"Some of it's true and some of it's" not, said another law-enforcement source close to the case. "We're in the process now of trying to sort all of that out."
