Retired Army recruiter charged with sexual abuse of minor
Anchorage, Alaska - A retired Army recruiter is behind bars tonight on charges that he sexually abused a 10-year-old girl.
Timothy Jean, 41, is charged with sexual abuse of a minor and with possession of child pornography. The arrest comes after the victim told authorities the abuse had gone on for five years and in three states: Alaska, Texas and Nevada.
Alaska State Troopers say evidence found at Jean's Wasilla home supports the child's allegations. Jean is being held at the Mat-Su Pre-Trial Facility. Bail is set at $105,000.
