Molestation suspect enters plea

PHOENIX -- Child molestation suspect Richard Shehann pleaded guilty today to two counts of child molestation, one count of attempted sexual conduct with a minor and one count of attempted sexual exploitation of a minor.

The case first surfaced in May.

The Maricopa County Sheriff's Office says the 39-year-old Shehann and a second man, identified as Jason Dean Mollohan videotaped themselves sexually abusing an eight-year-old girl and a ten-year-old girl for the last three years.

A grand jury indicted Mollohan on 40 counts of sexual conduct with a minor and sexual abuse.

The Maricopa County Superior Court Web site says sentencing for Shehann is scheduled for October 21st.
