Mohawk man arrested for having sexual contact with minors
MOHAWK -- New York State Police in Herkimer arrested a 24-year-old Mohawk man Saturday for allegedly having sexual contact with a two-year-old female and a seven-year-old male.
Christopher J. Burdick was arrested on charges of first-degree criminal sexual act, first-degree sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child. He was arraigned in Herkimer Town Court and remanded to the Herkimer County Correctional Facility in lieu of $20,000 cash bail or $40,000 bail bond. The investigation into the incidents is continuing.
