Easton woman admits having child porn stash

EASTON -- A city woman faces more than 400 years in prison after admitting she possessed 130 pictures of child pornography.
Police say Brenda Woodginski gave the pornographic photos to an employee at the Easton Laundromat on Nov. 9, 2003.
Woodginski, a 32-year-old resident of the 100 block of North 13th Street, pleaded guilty Tuesday in Northampton County Court to 65 counts of sexual abuse of children.
She had been charged with 130 counts of disseminating child pornography and 130 counts of possession of child pornography but pleaded guilty to 65 counts of sexual abuse of children as part of a plea bargain. Each count is a third-degree felony and carries a maximum seven-year prison sentence.
Woodginski's husband, Jimmy Woodginski, is accused of fondling a 17-year-old girl in his apartment on Nov. 7, 2003. Police say pictures show him molesting another girl, who is now 19. The abuse of both girls happened over a nine- to 10-year period, police say.
Jimmy Woodginski, 38, was found too incompetent to stand trial and was sent to Norristown State Hospital on Aug. 3. Judge Stephen G. Baratta ordered that he be evaluated every 60 days until he is deemed competent enough to return to Northampton County to stand trial.
Brenda Woodginski will be sentenced Feb. 18 before Judge Leonard N. Zito. She will be evaluated to determine whether she is a sexually violent predator under Pennsylvania's version of Megan's Law. She could be required to register her address with authorities for the rest of her life.
Jimmy Woodginski is charged with three counts of rape, five counts of aggravated indecent assault, seven counts of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, 130 counts of dissemination of child pornography and nine counts of endangering the welfare of children.
In a separate complaint, he is charged with three counts of rape, six counts of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, six counts of aggravated indecent assault and four counts of dissemination of child pornography.
In a third complaint, he is charged with two counts of rape, two counts of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, two counts of aggravated indecent assault, two counts of indecent assault, and four counts of dissemination of child pornography.

i am the one brenda woodginski gave to the pictures to and i will tell ya they are pretty drastic pictures and also jimmy woodginski is my uncle and he is a very sick person , he needs to spend the rest of his life in jail just like his wife brenda ,
